Our sellers may choose to enter into an Exclusive Listing agreement rather than put their home on the open market and Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Sometimes a home is listed exclusively for a specific period of time to allow pre-market buyers who have already expressed an interest to see the home and make an offer before it is seen publicly. This allows the buyer to avoid the possibility of competition from public buyers while allowing our sellers the opportunity to sell their home in a semi-private manner.

In other cases, a builder may choose to list a new construction home exclusively with an agent they work with on a regular basis. The builder’s goal is to sell their inventory of homes to qualified buyers and in return offers these buyers the opportunity to purchase a brand new home at a special incentivized price during the construction process.

If listed exclusively, The Kim Panes Team would market your home with Weichert Realtors but not advertise on the multiple listing service (MLS).
